We accept no liability for misuse, failure to follow instructions, or adverse reactions arising from individual sensitivities or medical conditions, provided products were supplied as described and fit for their intended purpose. 5. Orders & Acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we send an order-confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel any order (for example, suspected fraud, stock unavailability, payment issues).

6. Prices & Payment

All prices are displayed in British pounds (£ GBP) and include UK VAT where applicable. For customers outside the UK, prices may be viewed and paid in local currencies (e.g. USD, CAD, EUR) via our payment processor; rates may fluctuate.

We do not control exchange rates or conversion fees applied by banks, card issuers, or payment platforms. The amount charged in your local currency depends on your provider’s rate and fees.

Payment must be completed in full at checkout through our secure, encrypted payment processor before dispatch. We do not store full card details.

7. Delivery

Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delays caused by couriers, customs, or events outside our control are not our liability. Ownership and risk pass to you on delivery.

8. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

You have a 14-day statutory right to cancel most online orders from the day you receive the goods. To exercise this right, contact us within 14 days via our contact form. You must return goods within 14 days of notifying us.

• Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging (hygiene requirement).
• We cannot accept returns of personal-use, cosmetic, skincare, intimate, perishable, or consumable items once opened or used, unless faulty (Consumer Contracts Regs 2013, Reg. 28).
• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving and inspecting eligible returns. Faulty goods are remedied in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and imagery on this website are owned or licensed by Riséa Beauty. You may not copy or use them without prior written consent.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or economic losses, including loss of data, income, or profits.
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
• We are not liable for any reaction, injury, or damage resulting from misuse, over-use, modification, or failure to follow manufacturer guidance. You agree to use all products sensibly, as directed, and at your own risk.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Riséa Beauty from claims, damages, or costs (including legal fees) arising from misuse of the website or breach of these Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
